How do I know if coaching is right for me?
It’s important to spend time exploring if it’s going to be right for you.
You can do this by having 2 free calls, a Discovery Call and a Roadmap Call.
We will only start a programme if we both see benefit in us working together.
How can I check if the programme is working?
The first thing we will do is set your business and personal goals and set up a simple dashboard to track your progress.
You will know every week and month that you’re getting the benefits you want from the programme.
What's the downside?
There is a financial investment, but we’ll work to get your Return On Investment ASAP, ideally within the first 90 Days.
You will need to invest some time to work ON your business.
But one of the first things we look at is how you can manage your time better.
You won't be working harder, in fact you’ll probably be working less hours.

The system for you to succeed is the same as everyone else, as it’s a tried and tested system. But exactly how you implement the system will be unique to you.

I’ve heard this a lot, but its never a problem.
Every human being is unique, but we are 99.9 % genetically identical. And it’s the same with businesses. Every business is unique in its own way, but they are more similar than they are different.
Every business I work with is different so the way I work with each is unique.
What if it doesn't work or I change my mind? Am I tied into anything?
I don’t tie people into contracts. If it’s working for you and you’re finding great value in the programme, you’ll stay.
If you don’t then you probably won’t, and that’s ok.
Most of my clients stay working with me for several years because they get incredible results and we have fun.
I’ve had coaches before, why are you different?
Before I work with anyone, I always spend time to understand what they want to achieve, what’s stopping them achieving it, and what they could do differently.
I then explain how I operate so they can make an informed decision on whether it’s a right fit for them or not.
It’s got to be right for both of us in order for us to work together.
What if my business partners are not on board with the programme?
Not everyone understands the benefits of coaching or sees the need for it.
In fact its normal for different partners to have different views, and that’s ok.
I’ve found that as long as they are involved in the plan, as much or as little as they want, then everyone is happy because the business is growing and making more money.

Every business is different so its impossible to give an exact answer.
But we will look to increase your gross profit by more than your investment within the first 90 days.

A running coach doesn’t run around the track for the athlete.

I don’t currently take profit shares, or shares in companies of my clients.

Its actually the opposite.

What's the difference between coaching, mentoring and consulting?
Running a business requires you to constantly find solutions to complex problems.
Consultants, coaches and mentors can help you make the right decisions but it’s important to find out which type of advisor is right for you.
So, I’ve explained each of them in this short video.
At what point would we finish our coaching programme?
If it’s working for you and you’re finding great value, and you’re getting great results and we’re both enjoying the programme then we can stay working together as long as you like.
But as I don’t tie people into contracts, you’re free to finish the programme whenever it’s right for you.
